Hamstring now only Slows Healthy enemies, and Slow amount increased from 10/20/30% to 20/40/60% – This is the only build-specific nerf.

Furthermore, Season 1 introduces a new Gem type, the Malignant Heart, which will help recoup some of the lost power. Note that while this patch may appear nerf-heavy at first glance, the majority of the changes apply to most if not all existing builds relatively speaking, the Whirlwind Barbarian is therefore no weaker than before.
